Stretch-n-Grow is the world’s largest network of children’s fitness professionals!  Our weekly classes teach over 100,000 children in hundreds of cities across 15 countries to “Exercise and Eat What’s Wise!”

Stretch-n-Grow provides comprehensive fitness and health education programs for children.  We are committed to helping educators and parents establish a foundation of exercise and proper nutrition at an early age.  The Stretch-n-Grow program teaches children (as young as 18 months) the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle.  With weekly emphasis on exercise and good food choices, our extensive curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue…self-esteem, safety, hygiene, counting in Spanish, muscle/bone retention, and environmental issues.  Classes are conveniently taught AT child care centers and schools by certified Stretch-n-Grow coaches who make exercising, “EXERciting!!”

For the first time in 100 years, today’s children have a lower life expectancy than their parents due to obesity and sedentary lifestyles (World Health Organization). Stretch-n-Grow has been working since 1992 to change that!  We have partnered with over a half-million families and child care providers to give young children a foundation of fitness and good health habits....teaching them to "Exercise & Eat What's Wise!"

Our exercises and curriculum are developed under the supervision of an advisory board consisting of pediatricians, nutritionists, educators and certified fitness professionals.  Our excercises are safe for kids and in compliance with the youth fitness guidelines established by AFAA, ACE and AAP.

Stretch-n-Grow of the Hill Country covers a large territory, serving schools in areas including: Austin, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, New Braunfels and San Antonio!
